Venda does never sell, rent, or trade your business or customer data to third-party advertisers. We share information solely with essential infrastructure partners operating under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Cloud & Auth Providers: Host infrastructure and identity authentication services operating under enterprise data processing standards.
• Payment Gateway Processors: Payment gateways used for processing subscription fees or integrated online store checkout.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Only when strictly required by enforceable subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

As a merchant or user on Venda, you maintain full control over your data:

• Data Access & Export: You can export product catalogs, sales reports, and customer lists directly in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF).
• Data Rectification: Update store details, employee permissions, or profile details at any time within your dashboard settings.
• Account Deletion & Purging: Upon organization cancellation, you may request full data purging. Account records are permanently deleted in accordance with legal retention schedules.
